Warm spiced apple rum


  • 200ml fresh pressed apple juice

  • 25ml ginger cordial

  • 25ml Fantail spiced rum


Warm the apple juice and ginger cordial. Remove from the heat before it reaches boiling temperature. Serve in a highball glass or your finest china tea cups and add a single shot of Fantail spiced rum flavoured with Manuka honey and tangelo. Simply serve.
